PLogical Fallacy

False Dilemma

Description

False Dilemma cages thought into two doors and bars all others from sight.

Why This Works

It works because narrowed choices create urgency and obedience. When options are hidden, consent is easier to harvest.

Example 1

“Either approve this today or abandon safety entirely.” Gradual alternatives are erased before discussion.

Example 2

“You are with us or against us.” Nuance is treated as betrayal, not judgment.
